Delivery charges
Packaging & postage charges vary depending on the region that goods are being delivered to. These regions are:
- United Kingdom
- EEC - within the European Union
- Worldwide - outside the European Union
Note: Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery to the U.S.A.
Sales Tax (V.A.T)
Goods delivered to any country within the European Union are eligible for the addition of Value Added Tax (V.A.T) at a rate of 17.5%.
Foodstuffs such as tea are exempted from VAT. Some products such as our Tea Caddy containing 80 teabags are eligible for partial VAT on the non-tea component.
